shipping & returns

Shipping:

• USPS Priority Mail shipping is included in the price of all items.

• Items will usually ship within 3-5 days of receiving your payment.

• Please note - Sharon Stafford Metals ships only within the United States.

Returns:

• I want you to love your purchase - please reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns!

• If for some reason you decide you need to return a piece, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate a return process. 

• Returns will be accepted on purchases that are in the original packaging, undamaged, and unworn. 

• You are responsible for all return shipping charges. 

• A full refund, minus the original shipping costs. as well as credit card processing fees (approx 3.5%), will then be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, via the original method of payment.

• Please note - when shipping returning items be sure to include insurance and tracking. Sharon Stafford Metals is not liable for returning items lost in the mail.
