Twisting Leaf Earrings in Copper
These earrings have sinuously twisting leaves with vinelike earwires that curve in response to the spiraling leaves. The end result is a bold yet graceful statement on your ears. These are a limited production design - I may make 1-3 pairs each year and each pair is unique.
The leaves are created with a technique called foldforming, essentially folded, hammered, and formed by hand. The copper leaves are lightly flame colored, and have been sealed with a clear coat to preserve the color. The ear wires are argentium sterling silver, which is 93.5% fine silver, tarnish resistant and produced using recycled silver, sustainable labor and environmentally conscious processes.
