This is Spring Thing, a small woven wall piece. The center element - a found object, is an old spring found in the garden. The old spring is wrapped with gold-colored wire and hangs within a wrapped and coiled frame of colored wire over a cable core. Fun fact - it took over 100 ft. of wire to wrap and coil the frame!
